Normally I don't answer my own questions, and certainly not right-away, but since there are forces trying to close the question in part because the answer will not be about space exploration, I'd like to get at least one answer in, and at the same time demonstrate that they are wrong. It seems that navigating anywhere near a binary pair of anything would require some 3-body physics, but that's just a guess since I've never tried KSP. Among them: Charr, a heat-blasted world of iron Ovin, a ringed super-Earth with relentless gravity Rask and Rusk, a binary pair locked in a dance of death and many more to reward exploration. In Kerbal Space Program 2, these interstellar technologies pave the way to a host of new celestial bodies, each comprising new challenges and harboring new secret treasures.

REVISED Question: So does KSP have a software migration path that will allow for n-body physics options, or at least some three-body capability so that it will be finally possible to have:

Hat tip to Twitterer SanbornVR, a PC gamer and VR/AR enthusiast, for finding it. Maybe they don’t want to get bugged to make a copy for fans who are just as wowed as we are. The creator doesn’t identify themselves in an extensive Imgur post on its creation, otherwise for sure we’d drop the name credit here. The controller is called the “ Kerbal Space Program All-in One Throttle and Stick and Button Box and Keyboard,” or “KSP-AiOTaSaBBaK” for (not really) short.

Proof of that can be found in every inch of this gorgeous custom controller, which uses a nearly 40-year-old TI-99 computer, plus 3D-printed parts, to deliver a fully functional control panel.
